Introduction to the notion
The accountability precept
Actor accountability is a prerequisite for efficient organizations. It presupposes the clarification of the objectives and certain rules of the game in allocating and evaluating the responsibilities. The objectives can be expressed on two levels: that of the role (formal level) or that of the actor (the real level).
Praxeme positions the objectives in the intentional aspect. When an organization is being designed or a process being deployed, applying this principle means we have to therefore analyze the intentions.
