Atomic constituent of a model.
In the metamodel an Element is the top metaclass in the metaclass hierarchy. Element is an abstract metaclass. Every element of a model is an Element. Elements are structured into Projects, that constitute their definition space. Every element is “universally identified" under Objecteering. An identifier has the form “Site id + Base id + Project id + element id". The identifier is assigned at creation time, and never changes. Element in different projects can have the same identifier. This means that they are identical.
