This phase can adopt a more regular approach: using the contract or specifications derived from the previous phases and stabilized in the Specification phase, it develops the products specified.
Some areas of uncertainty may still subsist, for example a specific technical point or a question on the receptiveness of certain actors. If this is the case, specific measures should be taken to limit their impact and not affect the rest of the work.
