Abstract

Praxeme is an open method backed by many companies and organizations. Its scope is the “enterprise”, understood in its most generic and widest meaning. The methodology is a tool – sometimes a weapon – that helps us to cope with the complexity of the objects we want to create or to transform. The Enterprise System Topology provides us with a methodological framework that identifies and links the aspects of the enterprise together. Based on this framework, the convergence theory describes the way of transforming a collection of companies into a cohesive and efficient single system. The range of topics includes business knowledge, organization and IT.
