Pre-scoping actions

  • “Initiation” Phase
    • Two direction interviews
    • One interview after the first draft of the “Project Statement”
    • Accompaniment workload: five days; timeframe: two to four weeks (according to the availability of the requestor)
  • “Exploration” phase
    • Observation interviews
    • Study of the state of the art
    • Evaluation of the existing (rapid)
    • Exploration workshop
  • “Crystallization” phase
    • Two crystallization workshops (for example: one workshop on method + one on content; or alternatively: one workshop on the global view + one workshop experimentation with procedures and methods on a sample)
    • Experimentation with coaching
    • Writing of the pre-scoping report (recommendations for the action plan, processes and methods impacted…)
